Weekly publication Over Easy Please was a newspaper from Fort Saskatchewan Alberta focusing on local issues in the town with a mixture of inspiration and community outlook.  It ran from 2011-2013.

Brian Mason wrote for the paper with a column of his own entitled Biscuits and Gravy.  The column featured stories from his life, those of his family and observations of society all mixed with a Southern United States twist.  Each article focused on presenting inspiration and motivation to the reader while giving a look into the life and mind of the author.
